• Account & device security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data associated with the App.

• Download speeds, 4K/8K quality, and geo‑bypass features depend on your device, network, and the source service – we cannot guarantee specific performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, TubeAIO and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TubeAIO shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
